Just heard on the news that Bear Sterns downgrade the Jamaican bonds. What a lala, that is what the government have been depending on for a long time. Omar said the last financial year was his best but Bear Sterns is saying because of the fiscal situation in the last year they had to downgrade as the budget was wack and remember the $$$ has been devaluved.
