Missing ballots at St Margaret Division recount

There are several concerns emerging at the magisterial recount of ballots in the St. Margaret’s Bay division in Portland.
This afternoon it was revealed that two ballots are missing while two have been rejected.
There were discrepancies with the purported signature of the returning officer on several other ballots.
The two rejected ballots had earlier been accepted for the JLP candidate Floyd Patterson.
Patterson had won the PNP’s Vernon Hemmings in the local government election by 15 votes.
The magisterial recount is continuing at his hour.

If Ed Bartlett didn't stand up he would have been declared the loser. People resigned over it ....

In another area, ballots were rejected because there was a tick for the candidate instead of an X? Again, what is going on? Is it clear what the intent of the voter is?

Now this ..."There were discrepancies with the purported signature of the returning officer on several other ballots" Really?
