Angela contends that George pursued trayvon as he tried to run home (George did say on the 911 tape that Trayvon was running towards the back gate,) provoked the confrontation (he got out of his vehicle and went after Trayvon) and shot him during a struggle. There is no stand your ground defense once you start the confrontation. If does not matter if a tape shows Trayvon beating the crap out of George. A car owner ran down a car radio thief and stabbbed the thief to death and was freed in court under stand you ground. The judge said that the car owner had the right to pursue and kill the thief. Round 1 goes to Angela because the judge could have thrown out the charge today but he did not.
