The PNP is at sea, as I thought it would be. It has no game, no mojo, except for winning elections with diminishing voter numbers.
The GOJ can raise money without the accrual of more public debt, independent of the IMF, World Bank, IDB, Foreign Gov'ts etc. I will reiterate, neither party understands the world financial system, they know some mechanisms, but there is so much more to it than borrowing/debt "instruments". It is pathetic how little both parties know and implement in JA's interest.
