Jamaica fugitive on 'America's Most Wanted'
A Jamaican fugitive, who was featured on the television show “America’s Most Wanted,” has been sentenced to 50 years to life in prison for a 2002 shooting that killed one man and injured another.
According to the Queens District Attorney’s Office.Forty 43- year-old Danny Williams and 30-year-old Reginald Artis, approached the two victims in Queens on May 28, 2002. Both opened fire, Williams with a shotgun and Artis with a handgun. The victims 22-year-old Roshawn Tate, 21-year-old and Mark Belizaire, 21, were both hit.
Mr. Tate was killed and Mr. Belizaire left permanently disabled.
