      Sounds like we are gonna have a lot of appeals of sentences from minorities coming down the pipeline...if this judge had sentenced me to a prison term this would seem like a get out of jail free card...

        It has been open season for racist Repugs to make their racist remarks and then say sorry since President Obama has been in power.
