But none of this should come into play...this is hearsay...anybody could write a letter claiming anything...his sentence should be determined by what he pleaded to...nothing else...

no...............whats the purpose of character witness then?!?............even him doing it, claiming him help the people in the community etc.....nothing wrong if someone come and give the "other side"

None of it should come into play...people saying he was benevolent or people saying he was a tyrant...he should be sentenced according to what he plead to...nothing else...

it helps the judge to decide how long to send him away................if you read the doc above the judge can sentences him for than the 23 years(it happened already in a similar caseP)

Yes understood...but it is prejudicial...anybody could write a letter claiming abuse at the hands of Dudus...does that mean it is true...isn't that what the courts are for?
