THE Minister of Industry, Investement and Commerce, Anthony Hylton said the process to restart the scrap metal trade has begun.
At a press briefing held at the ministry this morning, Hylton said the ministry is engaging stakeholders to ensure that there is an agreement about the way forward but added that he's in "no mood to set a time line" as there are procedures to be followed.
"It's a process, not an event", he said.
