sounds good... wouldn't wait too long on establishing contact with twaites... he could fast track it along in the core curriculum from primary school thru high schools... higher ed would have a pool of candidates for advance studies... mi loike de initiative...

and yet some seh de diaspora nuh have nuh value... jamaica needs the diaspora like how flowers need water...
