    Cant tell mi nutten bout kwaknot.

    Mi Gradfather had tutty acre farm ringed completely wid coconut. Lethal yellowing in the 1970s devastated the crop. Only a few dwarfs left.

    As to the graham, i grew up in mago heaven suh unno can tan deh. i had access to 6 varieties at home, another set nearby in Bog walk and annodah set in Portmore.

    I have never spent moeny fi buy mango in Jamaica...EVER!

    Over here one mango ah all $3!!!!!

      When it comes to mago cho. Last may mi go yaad an go market mi buy up some east Indian an couple Julie (dread charge mi likkle extra but cho ah so it set) When mi done wid dem nat even want nuh dinner. Mi ah go reach fi di Graham nex time.

      Yuh know mi nat even boddah wid di one dem here on my return. Mi swear blind say mi ah go haff ah mango farm (even did inquire bout it) mi nuh fraid fi till di soil. Mango an custard apple mi ah go plant.

        lol... nice analogy... blackie... yuh just cannot have one and satisfy... as jangle seh, if de seed cudda eat, all dat mi nyam... mi dun a eat de skin... never eat pig mango... dont recall ever seeing it...

          looking at the pic, it looks like the same mango i had from chinatown... it is different from the one i had in ochi though... the one i had in chinatown was all meat and a small extremely flat seed... i will be on a search for that same mango...

                          Growing up my neighbour had a robin mango tree... and as you say, small sweet...brightly coloured when ripe... nice mango.
