  • Crawford wows the crowd

MEMBER of Parliament for East Rural St Andrew Damion Crawford, is fast becoming a crowd favorite.

When the dapperly dressed politician arrived for the opening of Parliament this morning he was greeted by excited shrieks and tight hugs.

As Crawford emerged from his vehicle, a group of school children made attempts to break free from their teachers to greet him, as the adults, mostly women rushed to embrace him.

He embraced everyone he could, and was obviously happy with the reception.
Prime Minister Portia Simpson- Miller was also greeted by loud cheers.

Other crowd favorites included Lisa Hanna, KD Knight and Ronnie Thwaites.
