    Does Jamaican law require a member of the Prime Minister's Cabinet to also be a Minister Of Parliament?

    No, not all. Ministers can be appointed via the Senate. The only members that have to be MPs are the PM and the Minister of Finance.

      But isn't there a limit on the number of Senators (3)?

        A senator is a parliamentarian as well and the numbers in cabinet are limited.
