The 'waggonists' are now jumping out of the woodwork and flooding the offices and private telephone numbers of members of the new administration with calls and requests for favours and appointments. Tired of the rush of calls, one of the newly appointed ones was overheard asking one caller: "Seeing that I have not heard from you for the last four years, is it impolite to ask if you just remembered my number?"
