At least 3.7 billion a year ,california with a popolation 12 times the size of jamaica collects 40 billion a year in taxes ,we could get a % of that ,the us war on drugs is a joke, costing lives and money, whatever treaty they have is costing us more than helping us , we could probably get more than cali,we are internationally known.
