What does one have to do with the other ? Dancehall from which era ? 60s , 70s, 80,90s,2000s?

No problem with her dancing to Kartel...the problem is the hypocrites who decry dancehall (an artform native to Jamaica) but spew on and on about Marcus Garvey and Sista P and a bag a black power rubbish...love it or hate it dancehall is poor people ting just like what Portia stands for...
