Confirmed: JLP supporter shot and injured in bus coming from Gospel Concert, held at a party meeting in #Kingston

A JLP supporter was shot and injured after a bus transporting persons coming from a gospel concert which was held by the Governing party in Down Town #Kingston was attacked by gunmen last night.
Reports are that the bus came under attack in the three miles area and the man received gunshot wounds to the chest and hand. The supporter was rushed to Hospital, where an emergency surgery was done, at post time his condition could not be ascertained.
Further reports are that several buses were stoned in De La Vega City in Spanish Town, St. Catherine, while going to the meeting and buses were shot at while heading from the Gospel Concert by the JLP.
In an RJR News report, MP for Central St. Catherine stated that this was the fifth attack on her supporters and pleaded to them to be calm.
