I found it interesting that Nelson could identify him as a wanted man but none of the police in the station could. Steve McGregor served in St James for a while and made big inroads in cutting serious crimes...he simply killed all the known gun men and their cronies...no big deal

There was a time when men charged for serious crimes would get station bail only to be killed a few days later on some lonely road with the usual press release that they died during a gun battle
