Harold Brady found guilty
Attorney-at-law Harold Brady has been found guilty of breaching the Commissions of Enquiry Act.
He is to face 10 days in prison or pay a fine of $500.
Brady figured prominently in the hiring of US lobby firm Manatt, Phelps & Phillips on behalf of the Jamaica Labour Party at the height of the Christopher 'Dudus' Coke extradition saga.
The attorney was summoned to the Corporate Area Resident Magistrate's Court because he refused to testify at the Manatt-Dudus commission of enquiry.
