Okay what should have been the punishment? I could understand if we were talking about a twelve year old child. Do you know why people don't just go to Gracy mansion or the white house to pick fruits? The consequences. Imagine Manhattan if everyone could just sell on the side of the streets (without proper license from the health board and city).
