ANDREW Holness's first opponent in a general election is insisting that Jamaica's youngest prime minister can be beaten in his West Central St Andrew seat if the Opposition People's National Party (PNP) plays its cards right.
Dr Warren Blake, who was in a ding-dong battle with the Jamaica Labour Party's (JLP) Holness for the West Central St Andrew seat during the 1997 general election, said that various factors must be injected into the process in a seat that has been won seven times by the PNP in 11 contested elections since it was created in 1959.
