Well, my simple opinion is that if WHITE COLLAR CRIME keep increasing, the Murder rate is going to also increase; because sufferers gonna want some of the SPOILS also, and they negotiate with WEAPONS!

I don't know why Lazie scraping for compliment...it is so simple:

1. The #1 Don, Drug-runner, Chainsaw specialist removed
2. 72 (or more) of his supporters neutralized and/or sterilized.
3. 'Major' crime hits an all time dip (19%)
4. Increase in White Collar crime.
