"Jamaica needs, in my opinion, a very long period of stability. Stability for people to do business. Stability means predictability and business strives on predictability. If you are able to predict the future then you can make better decisions. And I think Jamaica now has the opportunity to create a stable future and that's my focus," the prime minister said.
