I am talking about people running for PM, not MPs. I have never seen a party running and not have a plan, or manifesto. From Mike Manley, Seaga, PJ or Bruce Golding.
Where is even a outline of Portia plan? The only thing she has come with so far is JEEP and Progressive Agenda without even explaining anything about them.
