how is a political donation bribery????....you dont see the only problem with trafigura was that it is illegal in their country to make donations...not in Jamaica

hence it is a MORAL problem........ that's all it is

also how did the JLP get the info about the transaction... wasn't that ILLEGAL to disclose the account transaction of a person or company

also you notice no case is before the courts here in Jamaica about BRIBERY because it is not......LAZIE
Yuh need fi stop. The Dutch investigators say Trafigura bribed J'can gov't officials. Stop beat round the bush. Police accept bribes, dem guh a prison ... FIFA officials accept bribes they get punished .... why shouldn't the bribe tekkers in yuh party be punished for breaking the law?

        nooooooooooo

it is illegal in the Netherlands to make POLITICAL donations...therefore if any donation is made to a political party it is seen as BRIBERY..since it is illegal in their country

following you logic..that means that all political donations made to any political party in Jamaica is a BRIBE

LAZIE THE PNP WAS MORALLY WRONG

        that's all

mi quite sure if it was BRIBERY some a them(PNP) would go prison ALREADY

only illegal thing that happened in Jamaica in relation to this CASE was that RBBT or 1st Global (I think) was sued and paid over 30 add million JA$ to Collin Campbell

because a member of staff(who is now dead from natural causes) ILLEGALLY DISCLOSE private banking info TO THE JLP

even the JLP was MORALLY wrong, in this case(ie for accepting illegally obtained info)

Is that what they been telling you at the PNP meetings? It was a bribe as per the investigators.

          Here is the quote.

Trafigura “is suspected of having paid bribes to politicians in Jamaica”, Dutch prosecution spokesman Wim de Bruin told AFP of a probe that started in 2007.
