WITH CRIME on the decline in downtown Kingston, nightlife has started to make a much-welcome return, and many of the entertainment spots have been given a facelift. Across the city, bars and pubs are sprinkled liberally and provide a well-needed break for many.
The bars and pubs of downtown Kingston cover the gamut from the posh air-conditioned facilities to the quaint corner shop with two stools and not enough space for more than five people to stand at any one time.
