PM must keep quiet!!!!!!My layman interpretation is that PM does not sign extradition requests and does not have to be involved in the process unless. My laymen understanding is that they come in via Ministry of Foreign Affairs to Mininstry of justice. The Solicitor General signs off to say that the requirements have been met, then the the Attorney General sign off to proceed and issues the arrest warrant. Ministry of National Security directs the security forces to pick up the person, the person take their case to the court and the judge decides whether or not the person leaves. My guess is that PM may have the option to say the person cannot leave because of National Secuirty. Perhaps extraditing the President of Tivoli was National Security secuirty concern?
