Dr. Janakiram is an ear/nose/throat doctor in India. He is an icon on the website www.popthatzit.com. His You Tube videos of him pulling large globs of nasty stuff out of patient's noses, ears, and throats are regular fare, alongside videos of drunken rednecks using hunting knives to pop golf-ball size cysts from bad tattoos, spilling enough pus to make a sandwich.

In my opinion, it is a travesty that Dr. J, as he is nicknamed, has not won the Nobel Prize for medicine.
