MINISTER of Finance Audley Shaw leaves the island tonight for New York City where he will give the keynote address at a special investment mission on Jamaica hosted by Bloomberg.
Shaw’s address will examine the challenge of promoting investor protection and market integrity in the current post-financial crisis era.
The presentation will highlight the strengths of Jamaica’s regulatory framework, as well as the capabilities of the Jamaica Stock Exchange platform’s electronic trading facilities.
