THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!
"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.
"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.Tags: None

DJ music is dead ,dedd.dead dedd,I just went to the Irie Jam concert in Queens the biggest reggae festival in NYC and the DJS flopped ,Movado the primer artist was a total flop, granted people who were there watched and listened but were dissapointed , the artist of the night was baby face, same thing happened 2 years ago when the billed artist was Assasin ,he too flopped .Ken Boothe stole the show......Jamaica is ripe for good music and musicians, but it seems that dance hall is DJ music youth orientated which basically means it caters to those that cant buy a ticket or cd to promote it, in and moreso out of jamaica. It will survive in that niche market but the singers have ample ground to rule .
My laaawd please start ruling , reggae music in need of help...babyface and monica mash it dung , it was so bad dem affi draw fi some ole tune fi lifen up di place from di selecta......HUSH SASS & BRICKIE !THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

Xactly my point , dancehall is comfortable with its niche market (Jamaican , W.I or of that influence kids, who really cant buy a ticket or records without their parents support , when they reach middle and older adulthood age they drift away,The singers had the crowd like putty , when the Joka touched the stage ,1st words by the mature crowd were what was he saying ? even the young ones who danced at the 1st instant , started asking the same...some walked away some just stopped and listend unlike the singers performance where everyone was in a grove.THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

People like Ken Boothe, John Holt, and Cocoa Tea nuh need nuh music behind them. Their voice is so good and even sweeter live than on record.- Don't let negative things break you, instead let it be your strength, your reason for growth. Life is for living and I won't spend my life feeling cheated and downtrodden.

Possibly, but that is the market the operators crave. Let me say this, dancehall will never die in Jamaica, as long as our rate of illiteracy and aliteracy continues to rise at its current rate, the genre is assured a stable following. All this while the race to the bottom of the sewer in terms of lyrics and art content intensify.
