ALLEGED Jamaican drug lord Christopher 'Dudus' Coke, this morning received a blow when a United States judge refused his motion to exclude the damning wire tap evidence from his upcoming trial on September 12.
The motion was filed on the grounds that the wire tap evidence was illegally obtained by US prosecutors from Jamaican authorities. The prosecution, however countered that argument, positing that evidence was gathered through an agreement that allowed for both countries to share such information.
