the Minister indicated there would be a CoE into JPS, one man came out swinging that it was a PR stunt a CoE wasn't necessary .... blah blah blah. Now that T.H.E.I.R (formerly O.U.R.) has decided to earn their pay, the gov't has taken a step back to allow T.H.E.I.R to do their thing. Now mi a hear said man a say how him disappointed that the CoE will not be taking place.

Should that be put down to youthful exuberance?
