Read this statement by Mr. Winston Hay, the former head of OUR, when commenting on the proposed, what will surely be a bogus, self audit of the JPS, by the JPS. BTW the JPS has not made public, the name of the auditors, or when the audit is expected to begin or end.
This is what the joker Hay said, "A company like the JPS would have no reason to try to bamboozle the people because that would come out in the wash and make matters worse".
Can you believe this clown. Someone should remind him that a company which has no problem sucking the life blood of the people of an entire country, would not even think twice about bamboozling them on an audit. Is Mr. Hay trying to get a job with the JPS, or is he just another corrupt Jamaican exofficial? You know like the ones courting Netjet to our shores while trying to block Redjet from operating out of our airports.
