Well after 3 days of constant trying, and holding for 30 mins (I had nuff patience today), I got through to Air Jamaica @ + 800 523 5585 (North America and Nassau)

I flew "Air Jamaica" from Trinidad to Toronto and back... CAL is flying love birds...not sure if/when they will "re-brand" the aircraft.

On the way back I couldn't get sound from either my seat or the one adjacent to me so couldn't hear the movie...oh well, read instead; at least the plane didn't crack up when we landed...phew!
