(blackmediaSCOOP) YES! This is just a great scoop to tell you about right now! Meet Saheela Ibraheem of Edison, NJ. The 15 year old was accepted to 13 schools including Princeton, Columbia and MIT but she chose Harvard after visiting the school and falling in love with the campus.
Ibraheem who skipped 2 grades, says the key to success is figuring out what you love to learn as early as possible. She says she did it at the age of 5.
“If you are passionate about what you do, and I am passionate about most of these things, especially with math and science, it will work out well,” Ibraheem told CBS 2′s Cindy Hsu.
The Harvard-bound teen speaks Arabic, Spanish and Latin. She said she hopes to become a research scientist and study the brain.
