<General Fraser has served in various operational capacities across the US Air Force, including that of director of the Chief of Staff's Air Force Operations Group, and director of Air and Space Operations for Air Force Space Command.
During his visit, General Fraser is slated to meet with Prime Minister Bruce Golding and other government officials, including leaders of the Jamaica Defence Force (JDF). He will also visit several JDF facilities during his stay.
US Southern Command is the geographic command responsible for all US military cooperation and partnerships in the Caribbean and Latin America.>
