The National Youth Transformation Programme is set to be launched tomorrow, with an initiative aimed at training and certifying 30,000 teens each year.
The programme, which will be launched in Mandeville, Manchester will see the creation of several part-time jobs.
In a release to the media, a spokesperson for the programme said a scholarship fund will be established later this year.
The National Youth Transformation Programme is being supported by public and private sector leaders, and youth group representatives.
It is also designed to help to stem teen suicides, which have become an issue in recent months.
