I am dealing with Lime now who are billing me for internet that i never took out with them.

I had Anbell for six years until May when i switched to Flow.

I was at home one morning and some one from Lime called three times in 40 minutes and I tried to tell them i had no internet with them.

On my next bill i not only saw an item for internet but an upgrade...I called and tried to tell them i have NEVER ever had any interest in their internet and thus never applied for it all in vain.

Long story short...Anbell shut down their Internet in June and sent all their accounts to Lime who never bothered to check if every one took it.

So after several calls and lots of harsh words (from me) I finally got through to who I should have spoken to in the first place and he promised me that on my next bill i will see a deduction of what they had charge din the first place.

Not exhaling yet, just waiting to see if they will do what they said.
