Western Hanover Member of Parliament Ian Hayles could face legal action after failing to declare his assets, liabilities and income, as provided by law.
The 2010 annual report of the Integrity Commission tabled in the House of Representatives today indicates that Hayles' case has been referred to the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).
He is the only sitting parliamentarian whose name appears on the list of persons with outstanding declarations at the end of December, 2010.
Former North West St Ann MP Verna Parchment has yet again been referred to the DPP.
The Commission says her declarations for 2006, 2007 and 2008 have not been received.
Former west St Andrew MP, OT Williams, has also been referred to the DPP for failing to file a declaration which was due in March, 2009.
Wendell Stewart, who represented North Trelawny in the House of Representatives, has also been referred to the DPP.
In the meantime, the Commission has cited 22 parliamentarians for failing to reply in a timely manner to queries or to provide financial statements to support their declarations.
