Peter Deep Throat Phillips with the decline in the crime rate. Head of Clansman gang is behind bars, top brass of the Dog Paw Gang is behind bars awaiting trial, stone crusher gang awaiting trial.

Some people deal with facts ... some people like Don1, Mosiah and the other clownrades deal with myths. Better unuh duh like the comrade that call Mutty this morning saying the gov't is suppressing the crime numbers.
