I hadn’t visited this forum in a while, and so I did not see your post until today.
I have no idea who the lady on the keyboard is. The venue for this particular performance was undoubtedly the Four Aces night club on Dalston Lane, London. That club no longer exists (it was eventually demolished, I believe).
I also have no idea which band this is. Former Skatalites trombonist Rico Rodrigues is on stage with Roy Shirley, and so at first I figured that it was one of the top reggae bands in London during the 1970s and 1980s, The Undivided, a band which Rico often played with at the Four Aces. However, I strongly doubt that this is so as I cannot recall ever hearing of a female musician in The Undivided.
Maybe it was a band that Rico Rodrigues put together or jammed with just for the occasion. Whoever she is, though, that lady was playing a driving, steady rhythm on the keyboard, that’s for sure !!

I check mi brethren Willie Dickson, and he seems to recall her from a Mandeville area band in the 60's.Comment
