There was NO EVIDENCE that anything illegal or could be labelled as misconduct. Every witness excepting those from the DPP's office said there was a breach. The AG, SG, DSG, various lawyers who were consulted ALL said there was a breach. During the CoE, the only lawyers who didn't agree was star boy and him pony. As a matter of fact the misconduct came from all the meddling fools. It was proven that Coke's rights were violated something the PM was saying from he started answering the termites in Parliament and what came out was that they were insisting on additional evidence. What was wrong with that?
KD's antics is not evidence and the commissioners made reference to it as well. Making submissions without presenting evidence. Act like unuh have sense.
The right to plan murder and mayhem?
Just want to know.
As Obama wudda seh - That is a conversation I would like to have debated. That is a matter the PNP will love to debate in the coming run-up to national elections."Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has."

There is a reason we have courts.. public opinion is interesting but hardly a basis for determining guilt or innocence..
The report is quite reflective of the evidence presented.
You are free however to continue speculation... conspiracy theories are fun !

The big hypocrite on this issue is Mosiah. Man used to express his disgust with our citizens being shipped off just suh. He was always giving himself a wedgy over one case, I think it was the Storyteller case. Now, because of politics (yes Mosiah, I said it) the so called Human Rights advocate is now turning a blind eye to the fact that Dudus' rights was violated."Jamaica's future reflects its past, having attained only one per cent annual growth over 30 years whilst neighbours have grown at five per cent." The report does not indicate this.
Where are you getting your evidence from ?
The commissioner of police has attributed the reduction in murders to their anti-gang program facilitated by the States of emergency and curfews...
Just some facts to scuttle your propaganda..

<But in a media release on Monday, the PNP said it has never questioned the integrity of the commissioners to enquire, essentially, into his own conduct in the messy extradition issue.
"What the Opposition took objection to, and still questions, is the integrity of the process that the prime minister employed in selecting the members of the commission of enquiry. He cannot be the person charged and, simultaneously, he is able to pick the judges and to draft the charges. That process breached the cardinal rules of natural justice," the PNP said.>

"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.
"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.
