..on I think the observer site,what was not mentioned is the Govt refusal to allow the retroactive payments is because of the IMF stipulation.Who knows,maybe the Govt silence or non disclosure is stipulated too.
OBTW,not missing(to me)is the NAJ,PoliceUnion etc having no idea their campaign promises and bargaining position would depend on a foreign entity(defying ekections)whose interest Bruce is keen on protecting as evident in his response to the cable leaks.
