e all have an older uncle or aunt or a grand parent who dont give a damn and say anything anywhere and anytime, even at your eternal embarrassment, there are some lawyers like that who will blurt out anything in court
In the MoBay RM this morning the lawyer for one of four young male complainants told the court the case was about "hormonal development gone unchecked and four young men who thought they were lucky to get some flesh...they were in a bathroom at Jarrett park when some nosy parker called the police and they ended up here"
Poor judge was trying to get him to stop so they could clear the court room but he waved her off and said they were no children here
This is not some idiot lawyer one of the most brilliant criminal lawyers and a very senior one
