Barber Shops, Beauty Supply and Caribbean Restaurants

Their product is unique,the meal a I intend to eat determines which restaurant I will go.
Because of that,each eat a food at selected times.For me the cluster is highly appreciated.

The term 'carrying capacity' comes to mind Islandman.

Having several barbershops and caribbean restaurants in the same cluster is not economically feasible. The reason being...the population size within these markets (that support these businesses) is not 'large' nor diverse.

[The irony though is: Beauty Supply Business ('specially those owned by Koreans) are doing well......]

The owner of one of the competing barbershop --spoke to me about a new competitor. My comment to him is that in order to survive and become successful ...they MUST differentiate themselves by offering superior customer service....

So Islandman your last sentence is on target.
