Unless Prime Minister Golding had as his objective all along, the dismantling of Tivoli Gardens and its widespread influence islandwide and the displacement/extradition of its effective ruler but the delays and distractions through Manatt, Phelps and Phillips was a smokescreen to shroud that objective, I would advise the JLP to swallow a mouthful of salt before it claims the drop in the murder rate as its own doing.
