Angry at naming of marina

The Editor, Sir:
I am from Port Antonio, and I am angry that the new marina has been given the name of The <SPAN class=kLink style="FONT-WEIGHT: 400; COLOR: orange! important; BORDER-BOTTOM: orange 1px solid; FONT-FAMILY: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; POSITION: relative; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent">Errol </SPAN><SPAN class=kLink style="FONT-WEIGHT: 400; COLOR: orange! important; BORDER-BOTTOM: orange 1px solid; FONT-FAMILY: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; POSITION: relative; BACKGROUND-COLOR: transparent">Flynn</SPAN> Marina. It even has his picture. That I believe is a slap in the face to Port Antonians, our national heroes, and Jamaicans on a whole. What an insult! Who is Errol Flynn to Jamaica and Port Antonio? Nobody.
A wealthy American actor who has bought up a good portion of eastern Portland's farming and coastal <SPAN class=kLink style="FONT-WEIGHT: 400; COLOR: orange! important; FONT-FAMILY: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; POSITION: relative">land</SPAN>, keeping Portland and its young people from expanding into the agriculture arena. He has done nothing for <SPAN class=kLink style="FONT-WEIGHT: 400; COLOR: orange! important; FONT-FAMILY: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; POSITION: relative">Jamaica</SPAN>, and definitely has done nothing for Port Antonio.
For his name to be put on our national wharf is an offensive, disgraceful and a contemptible act.
