Cruel....Yuh know if tourists wish to donate items, it should done in an organized manner like wha dem do in the DR. In the DR gifts are distributed to the schools & it is given to the kids based on need.

The worst part is they donot want any help or any advice from anyone who has done it before unless that person is inside their close political circle or has some close genetic connections. I have offered them free advice and they just run me or ignore me. You should see some of the deep ugly vee gutters they have built in so-called pedestrian zones.
