The fact is the good go down with the bad in times of crisis.

There will no boom anytime soon not while banks are asking for 30% down on investment homes and the kind of credit check that are been run right now.

Don't let negative things break you, instead let it be your strength, your reason for growth. Life is for living and I won't spend my life feeling cheated and downtrodden.
