This is really, really sad news!

I never met 404JAM, but I’ve had online discussions with him on the Caribbean Track and Field Forum since his TheHiltAtl days way back in the early 21st century. Interestingly, we never had an argument, and I can remember that he was fiercely nationalistic and 100 percent supportive of anything Jamaican, in particular our athletes. 404JAM was one of the most knowledgeable track and field authorities I’ve ever encountered, and my respect for him never faltered.

This is really sad, and my sincere condolences go out to his family.

Wow! 30s that's young and far in my rearview mirror. I think I may have spoken to him on the phone a few times or exchanged emails with him.

If it is the same person I am thinking of he went to Tivoli Gardens High

sickko, his death as caused a number of people who have not post since WC to pay tribute.

Hope to see you for Carifta.

Don't know, never got that impression from him that he went there.
