2011-02-27
The People’s National Party (PNP) says it is not ruling out the possibility of an early election being called.
According to Julian Robinson, the PNP's deputy general secretary, the Opposition is awaiting the completion of testimonies by government officials before the ongoing Dudus/Manatt Commission of Enquiry.
However, he adds that the PNP will be prepared for any eventuality as the disclosures could determine whether the party has any credibility to continue governing.
